Artist’s Statement
Liz Rogers is a professional artist who runs regular watercolour classes and annual workshops in France.
Liz has always painted, at first in oils, but now prefers watercolour and mixed media. Inspiration frequently comes from nature. Her paintings feature bold brush strokes, contrasted with more delicate detail. She loves to experiment with colour and texture and the style and strong composition of her work reflects her background in graphic design.
Liz sells her work through her website and regularly exhibits at local galleries. She recently exhibited with the Royal Watercolour Society.
